U-Trap-It comes with 67 pre-defined different pest types, containing scientific
descriptions of each.

Up to 5 different Pests can be identified with quantities of each per device location
per inspection.

Track Evidence of Activity = (Feeding on Bait, Nesting in trap, Rodent or Insect
droppings)
Track pesticide & chemical dispersions throughout the facility.

Chemical Name and Regulatory Number enter all Pesticides into the system.

Pesticide Usages are tracked by location applied, amount dispersed, target pest,
commodities treated, EPA number, lot number, concentration, application methods and rates,
and technician who dispersed the pesticide along with his state license number.

Multiple bait types can be used and quantities of each reported as replaced during bait
style device inspections along with reason replaced, (Feeding, Water Damage, Missing, or
Old).
Track missed locations that were not scanned during any inspection period.
Track damage to devices.

Selected damage to be tracked is input by facility management (i.e. missing, smashed,
mechanical problems, no power, bulbs burned out, etc.)
Track components (bait used, glue boards, protective guards, pheromone
lures, bulbs, etc.) replaced
during an inspection or any specified time period.
Inspect tailings (i.e. sifters, milling screens, filters, etc.) for mold,
damage, pest activity, and foreign objects. All tailings are tracked and reported by Load Numbers.

Foreign objects to be tracked are input by facility management, (i.e. Rocks, Glass,
Paper, Paint peelings, Nails, Metal or Wood shavings etc.)
Look at historical trends and assignments of pest & rodent activity in different
areas of the facility or at a specific device location.
Graph pest & rodent activity by a specific device location or area of the facility.

Graphing by specific pest type will be made available at a later date.
Display all the different areas of the facility on a floor plan with overlays of
pest
and rodent control devices indicating activity.

Floor Plans give a birds eye view of the facility area and is a
excellent tool for IPM.
Record keeping All information collected is available in several different types
of reports and graphs. Real time reports, comparisons, and graphs can be selected for any
specified time frame, (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, etc.). No more file cabinet
nightmares.
Sanitation and maintenance issues (IPM at its best!)

Track any an all issues as requested by AIB, USDA, the Client or yourself that would be
conducive to pest activity or grow. As you know this is one of the biggest issues in pest

With the new Pocket PC Windows CE devices you can even capture images of these problems
and report issues to the proper department for
resolution.
Information is collected by use of a Windows Pocket PC
Device with bar coding capabilities. Date and time stamps are recorded for each location inspected or pesticide
dispersed.

Ensured that all device locations are inspected or record a reason for
not inspecting.

All devices and locations are accounted for, as agreed upon by SPC Contracts and HACCP
Guidelines and SSOP.
Report inspection results to clients or corporate offices via email
or by web access.

Your clients can access the results of every inspection through
automatically generated reports which are sent via email or by website
access. This will
allow for quick access to data and corrective actions for AIB, USDA, and other inspection
agencies.
Ability to export results and data to a file or to the windows clipboard, to be used
with other windows based programs.
