| A Service Maintenance Cycle (SMC) consist of one calendar year. At the end of each (SMC) the Annual Service Fee will be billed according to the total number of Billable Accounts being serviced at that time. | |||||||
| Existing U-Trap-It users will be billed at the beginning of their (SMC) based on the number of Billable Accounts being serviced at that time and the setup fee will be waived. | |||||||
