In Internet Explorer, Click the Tools

Next, Click On Internet Options |

Now Select the Security Tab at the top of the Window. Then
click on the Custom Level button. |

Scroll the Window Down Until Run Components signed with
Authenticode is at the top. Adjust the Settings on Your PC to match
those on the Right. |

Scroll the Window Down Until Download signed ActiveX Controls
is at the top. Adjust the Settings on Your PC to match those on the
Right. |

Scroll the Window Down Until Run ActiveX controls and Plug-ins is
at the top. Adjust the Settings on Your PC to match those on the
Right.
Now Click the OK button |
