What's New With U-Trap-It

• In-Quiz-It Software, Inc. has added a new feature to the U-Trap-It Pest Management System to improve the method of communication for the PMP to send service information to their clients. It is called The Web Client Report Generator.

  This reporting system enables the PMP to schedule the automated delivery of reports and graphs to fulfill their clients’ needs. The PMP can use the Web Client Report Generator to custom schedule the auto-generation of one or more reports and/or graphs to be sent to their client’s email address (or multiple addresses). Scheduling the auto-generation is controlled by the PMP. Once a report or graph has been scheduled it will auto-generate based on the reporting frequency chosen. Not only can the PMP generate the same reports for all their clients but individual reports can be custom generated just for specific clients. The reports are created and sent via email in PDF format. With this feature there will be no need for the client to directly access the U-Trap-It System to obtain their report information. This makes the reporting and graphing features of U-Trap-It easily accessible to all clients, making inspection services and data reporting easier for both the PMP and client. If the client wishes to see more detail or additional information related to their account, they still can log into the PMP’s U-Trap-It website and run any report or graph that is currently available to them.

•  In-Quiz-It Software announces the release of the U-Trap-It Municipal Pest Management System. The system now incorporates GPS capabilities to geocode pest and rodent devices used in municipal pest management and vector control programs. This provides managers of those plans with an invaluable tool to conquer their complex urban pest and rodent issues thereby ensuring the success of their efforts.

  Information is power. The U-Trap-It System is far more powerful than a simple software system using barcodes to verify device servicing and to track pest management services and sanitation issues. It enables the technician to easily collect information too difficult and too time consuming to collect by any other means. And, it does it while saving over 25% of the time needed to service devices using the traditional “punch card” method. U-Trap-It then analyzes the collected information and generates invaluable feedback in the form of maps, floor plans, reports and graphs. Managers of the pest plan will see real-time street maps displaying the geocoded devices and activity. The mapping is a visual analysis tool warning of infestation hot-spots and provides various other types of feedback such as pest management plan progress. It provides the municipal user with a wealth of information they have never before experienced, information that ensures their pest plan’s success. It puts their pest plan into a proactive mode rather than reactively handling complaints.

• U-Trap-It is now a web-based system. This provides for many new capabilities benefiting both the service provider and the customer. For instance, now QA Managers can view information for their plant locations world-wide. It also allows for easier customer access and real-time technician updates.
