The U-Trap-It Report Generator
Many users who need information don't want to deal with the hassles of logging into a system to run a report. For them we have created the Automated Report Generator. This feature easily fulfills these users' need for information with the easiest and simplest solution. The Automated Report Generator enables the user to custom schedule the delivery of reports and graphs. With it the user can create a report package combining different reports and/or graphs. The user can then use the Report Generator to auto-generate the report package to be sent to one email address or an email group. Scheduling the auto-generation is easily controlled by the user.
Once a report package has been scheduled it will auto-generate based on the schedule frequency chosen. The user can generate the same reports for all their clients and/or they can also generate specific reports to fit the needs of other clients. The report packages are created and sent via email in PDF format. This feature eliminates the need for the client to directly access the U-Trap-It System to obtain their information. It makes the reporting and graphing features of U-Trap-It easily accessible to all clients. Assessment Pro is now available as an add-on to the U-Trap-It* System v6.0 for those users needing to perform Facility Pest Risk Assessments. These assessments are required to be performed periodically at all food processing facilities.
Assessment Pro was created by pest management professionals (PMP’s) to answer the challenges and ever increasing needs of the food industry. It’s a new software tool for PMP’s to add to their IPM toolbox. The program provides them with the ability to create the most comprehensive and professional assessment possible in the shortest amount of time.
Trending Capabilities
The ability to utilize pest trending capabilities has become an audit compliance requirement with reason. For the auditor, trending will clearly show whether or not the pest management service provider is actually doing what they are supposed to be doing - eliminating pest activity. Site Layout
The U-Trap-It System can display an overall assessment of the conditions of the entire facility. The user can choose to spatially display many types of conditions and even pest types on the Site Layout to gain a better understanding of the facility and where attention maybe needed.
Alerts and Corrective Actions
The U-Trap-It* System automatically analyzes inspection results to determine if conditions are developing which will lead to pest activity. If it finds any, the System notifies both the user on the desktop and the technician on the scanner when they re-enter the service area where the issue exists. The technician can then easily record what corrective action(s) was taken to remedy the condition. If no action is taken then the Alert will stay active. The System also initiates work orders for sanitation and maintenance issues to quickly and efficiently correct these issues where other departments may need to be involved.
